1. We,DECAAT, do hereby warrant our Fusion splicer、OTDR、Fiber Optic Cleaning products, be free from defects due to defective materials or workmanship for a period of  3  years from the date of shipment.
2. We, DECAAT, do hereby warrant our test & measurement, tools and accessories such as Battery, Cleaver, Thermal Stripper, AC adapter, Screen, Heater, Carry Case which are included in the standard package of Fusion Splicer, OTDR products, be free from defects due to defective materials or workmanship for a period of  1  year from the date of shipment.
During the warranty period, DECAAT will, at its option, repair or replace parts or products that prove to be defective.
1. We, DECAAT, are responsible for freight charge (only sending after repair)
2. In cases caused by user’s carelessness or after a period of 1 year from the date of shipment, the owner is responsible for freight (receiving and sending) the equipment and all related customs, taxes, tariffs, insurance, etc.
DECAAT will return the equipment by the same method (i.e., Air or Ground) as the equipment was sent to DECAAT.

1. The obligation for DECAAT under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts, and the return shipment to the buyer of the repaired or replaced parts or products.
2. The warranty does not cover any consumable parts such as Electrode, Blade,Cleaning Tapes, The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse; accident; the attachment of any unauthorized accessory; alteration to the product; improper installation; unauthorized repairs or modifications; improper use of electrical/power supply; loss of power; dropped product; malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer’s recommended maintenance; transportation damage or loss; theft; neglect; vandalism; or environmental conditions; or any other conditions that are beyond the control of DECAAT.
The warranty does not apply to any product or parts thereof where the serial number of product or any parts has been altered, defaced, or removed. A fixed charge established for each product will be imposed for all equipment returned for warranty repair, where DECAAT cannot identify the cause of reported failure

The above guarantee shall supersede any other express or implied warranties. Apart from the above provisions, there are no other guarantees. This transaction does not include any legal or implied warranties regarding merchantability or suitability for a specific purpose, and such warranties are not applicable.
The buyer agrees that the sole remedy available to him for the defects of DECAAT is to repair or replace the defective parts in accordance with the above provisions.
The buyer agrees that it shall not be entitled to any other remedies (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of sales, personal or property injury, or any other incidental or consequential damages).
The sole purpose of the exclusive remedies stipulated in this agreement is to provide the buyer with the repair and replacement of defective parts in the manner described above.
The buyer acknowledges that DECAAT or its distributors have not made any oral statements claiming to be warranties, representations or guarantees of any of DECAAT's products, in any way extending, modifying or altering the warranty terms stipulated in this agreement. Any such statements do not constitute warranties and the buyer shall not rely on them and they do not form part of the sales contract. This document constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of any express or implied warranty terms of DECAAT.
For any defective parts of the DECAAT products removed from the original installation site, or any defective parts resulting from improper operation, negligence, fire, flood, lightning, corrosive environment, improper product installation, unauthorized modification of the product, improper product fuel supply, or the buyer's failure to install the product correctly according to the installation instructions, no warranties are provided.
